The development ensures thermal treatment of a surface without a volumetric warming up spares that allows using such kind of strengthening for spares of difficult shapes, large-sized and some other not suitable for strengthening by the traditional methods¬¬. Laser based alloying and build-up welding allow for making strengthening of the materials which cannot be tempered, for example, low-carbonic steels, austenite class steels, color alloys. The choice the alloying coating and modes of laser processing provides for forming the layers with a demanded complex of physic mechanical and operational properties. Creation of different properties on different zones of spares is possible.
